AB - This report describes the results of a study on spatio-temporal patterns of seabird occurrence in the North Sea in order to gain a better understanding of the distribution and abundance of different age-classes of a selection of species. These data will feed into population models that were constructed for these seabird species as part of the Wind Op Zee Ecological Programme (Wozep).The Dutch Offshore Wind Ecological Program (Wozep) is part of the assignment from the Ministry of Economic Affairs to Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) to investigate the (cumulative) effects of multiple new wind farms in the Dutch North Sea. This integrated monitoring and research program studies specific knowledge gaps relating to the impact of offshore wind farms on the North Sea ecosystem and its inhabitants.

Abstract
