This project-specific avian and bat protection plan (PSABPP) describes the process for applying the Iberdrola Renewables, Inc. (IRI) Avian and Bat Protection Policy (ABPP) (IRI 2008) to the Reduced Ridgeline Project of the Tule Wind Project.
