John Mansolillo is Marine Affairs Manager of the Ørsted America’s Northeast region, where he shepherds projects through the permitting, construction, and operations phases with close coordination from marine stakeholders such as the Coast Guard, commercial shipping, and fishing interests.
A Coast Guard Reserve Officer, he spent thirteen years on active duty, including seven years at sea. Holding extensive practical emergency response experience, including several Incident Command System qualifications, he organized the first functional Search and Rescue exercise with Offshore Wind Farm assets in the United States, in 2019.
He earned a Master of Arts from the U.S. Naval War College, and currently resides in Rhode Island with his family.
