St. Eustatius National Parks Foundation (STENAPA)

St Eustatius National Parks Foundation (STENAPA) is responsible for 33 km² of protected areas on the small island of St Eustatius (Statia) in the Dutch Caribbean. This area, that is bigger than the island itself, comprises of the National Marine park including 2 marine reserves and the terrestrial parks of the Quill/Boven National Park and the Miriam C Schmidt Botanical Garden. Their mission is the protection of these areas for future generations, the conservation of Statia's beautiful nature and education about the unique biodiversity of the island.
